Claudia Copley

After growing up in an environment without much inspiration or empowerment, Claudia finally discovered her inner strength and voice as an adult. This journey of self-discovery inspired her to develop a program for young girls so they could learn, at an early age, to identify themselves as valuable, confident, and resilient. And with that, 4GIRLS was born.

Claudia is an empowerment coach who received her training through CTI and is an accredited CPCC ACC coach with the International Coaching Federation.  She started her coaching business, Claudia Copley Empowerment Coaching in 2020, and loves her job.  She describes coaching as, creating transformative awareness through conversation.  Through her work, she guides others to transform into their best and most authentic version of themselves and encourages them to live wholeheartedly while they are alive.

Claudia graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in International Business. She and her husband live in Long Beach. Her two grown children have flown the coop but she still has two adored rescue dogs at home that are spoiled rotten. Since 2009, Claudia has served as a docent at the Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA) in Long Beach sharing her love of art, history and culture with children, teens and adults.
