Nyah Tibbs joined 4GIRLS during her time at California State University, Long Beach, where she earned her degree in psychology. Since then, she has served as an adult mentor and now serves on the Board of Directors.
 

Nyah is passionate about mental health and trauma-informed care, with a focus on helping young girls build confidence, resilience, and self-worth. She brings creativity and heart to her work, along with a strong belief in the power of representation and inclusive community.
 

She is also a mixed media artist who finds grounding through movement and creativity. Whether on the mat, along the trail, or at the canvas, Nyah turns to practices that restore balance, build resilience, and keep her connected to what matters most.
