Year-Round Circle of Support
4GIRLS offers a comprehensive range of empowerment workshops and activities that take place year-round. These programs are designed to engage and inspire girls throughout their middle school years, helping them envision a future filled with limitless growth and potential.
After middle school, many girls give back by becoming Junior Mentors, where they develop valuable leadership skills while helping to plan and facilitate workshops for the younger girls throughout the year. With the guidance and support of adult mentors, they build self-confidence, enhance their leadership abilities, and make a lasting impact on the next generation
This creates a supportive community of girls and women who encourage each other's growth and continuously introduce new ideas into the program.
Annual Girl's Empowerment Conference
The crown jewel of 4GIRLS is an exciting, weekend-long Empowerment Conference filled with interactive activities designed to help middle school girls build confidence, discover their strengths, navigate social pressures, and protect their mental health.
Half-Day Ready-for-Middle School Workshop
This engaging workshop helps girls understand what to expect in middle school, boosting their confidence and excitement as they embark on this exciting new chapter in their lives.
Half-Day Ready-for-High School Workshop
This workshop is designed to build confidence, ease anxieties, and provide valuable strategies for a smooth and successful start to high school. With expert guidance and practical tips, girls will feel prepared, supported, and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
Discovery Workshops
4GIRLS provides year-round opportunities for girls to engage and strengthen their voices through workshops designed to broaden their horizons and expand their sense of what is possible.
Junior Mentor Leadership Development
The Junior Mentor program empowers high school girls with leadership training and opportunities to plan and lead the annual Empowerment Conference and other events. Through hands-on experience, they develop key skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving while serving as role models, inspiring younger girls with their stories of growth and resilience.
