About the Event

Come join 4GIRLS and learn what a labyrinth is all about!  We will learn the origins, what they are used for, and take a walk.   Unlike a maze, which is designed to confuse and challenge, a labyrinth offers a single winding path leading to the center and back out again.  Labyrinths walks are an ancient practice for  mindfulness, awareness, and connecting to community.

Join us to take a mindfulness journey as we walk.
